Ohio Loan Modification Laws
- Ohio does not specifically regulate foreclosure consultants or loan modification services, however the Ohio Homebuyers Protection Act gives the Attorney General enforcement power over abusive lending practices and should be watched for amendment to include loan modification officers (see http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/1345)
