- The State:
- Prohibits upfront or extraneous fees; prohibits taking security for compensation; Prohibits taking power of attorney; Prohibits accepting consideration from any interested 3rd party
- Provides for administrative penalties up to 10k without right of hearing to contest; Provides for civil and criminal penalties
- Licensed attorneys are exempt from the definition of foreclosure consultant
